The Rolling Stones - "Love You Live" (The lost 18-track tape).

"Love You Live" was a double live album by The Rolling Stones, released on september 23 1977 by Rolling Stones Records / Atlantic Records. The songs in it included were from the Americas Tour 1975 and The European Tour 1976. And some tunes taken live, in early march, at The Mocambo nightclub in Toronto in 1977. A special show, where the band  appeared under the name "The Cockroaches".

The album was overdubbed and mixed from late May to mid-June 1977.A first rendition made by Jagger was ready in May 1977, the one detailed below; but this one didn't pleased to Keith Richards. The new versión, the official, was the result one disc for Mick, the 1st, and the other, the 2nd to Keith.

Here is the reconstrcution from that lost 18-track tape from the lp:

For close of the album, Mick left the only two songs from the Mocambo shows: "Crackin´Up" and "Around and Around" that didn't need "overdubs", bit.ly/31cLyK7 the rest was discarded, did not have an acceptable quality because the concerts could not be rehearsed prior to the delay in incorporating Keith after being arrested in Toronto for drug possession.

Mick Jagger – lead vocals, guitar. / Keith Richards – guitars, backing vocals, lead vocal on "Happy" / Ronnie Wood – guitars, backing vocals, bass guitar on "Fingerprint File" / Bill Wyman – bass guitar, synthesizer on "Fingerprint File" / Charlie Watts – drums / Billy Preston – piano, organ, clavinet, backing vocals / Ollie Brown – percussion, backing vocals / Ian Stewart – piano, organ / Recording engineers – Keith Harwood, Ron Nevison, Eddie Kramer / Remix engineers – Dave Jordan, Jimmy Douglass and Eddie Kramer / Assistant engineers – Tom Heid, Randy Mason, Mick McKenna, and Bobby Warner / Artwork – Andy Warhol.

The album artwork was prepared by Andy Warhol. The hand-drawn titles across the front were added by Mick Jagger, to Warhol's dismay. Here´s I bring yoy the original concept that Andy had for the album."Love you live" had three covers. The oficial. The black-and-white promo with polaroid photos made by Andy Warhol, rejected for regular edition, as it looked a lot like "Exile on Main St." and the discarded one, shown here.
"Love You Live" was the final álbum where Keith Ricrahds name would be spelled as "Richard". He returned to spelling his surname "Richards" beginning with 1978´s "Some Girls".

The lp was dedicated to the memory of audio engineer Keith Harwood, who died in a drug-induced car accident shortly before the album's release. It was The Rolling Stones' final album whereby Rolling Stones Records would be internationally distributed by Warner Music. The band's next several albums would be distributed through EMI worldwide, while they remained with Warner in North America only. It managed to reach No. 3 in the UK and No. 5 in the US, where it went gold.

Ok guys.., enjoy it.
